I researched several different steamers and decided this one would suit my purposes best. I've had it for a few months now and it has been great. It has a styrofoam tray to set it on, so you don't ruin your floors. It gets so hot that my hardwood floors are almost dry before I get to the far end of the room. The cord is not long enough, but I have an extension cord that is rolled into a housing that I use and actually like it better because I don't have a bunch of cord on the floor. It has lights that tell you when it is on and when the water reservoir is empty, but no light to say when the water has reached steam temp. So, I just give it about 10 min. and vacuum the floor while it is heating.

Bought this model a month ago after much research and prior customer reviews. Got it very quickly & couldn't wait to try it out. It did an really good job overall. My floors did come really clean. And I did not get alot of excess water as some other reviewers reported. However, I do wish it would remove scuff marks made by my boy's toys better. If anyone has any tips how to do this, I would appreciate it :)

I absolutly love my floor steamer!! I have recomended it to all my friends, With two dogs in my home it makes clean up soo easy, anything that can simplify and save time while doing a great job is a yes in my book!! This is actually the second one i have bought, the first one died after several years of great service.

The floor steamer makes it a little easier to clean hard surface floors than using a mop. This is NOT a high tech item, but it takes less effort to push it around the floor than a mop does. It works only w/ the steam, so no chemical cleaners or rinsing involved. It seems to do a good job of cleaning my tile floors.

I got my Enviro Steamer in February after reading lots of reviews. The most helpful was here on Amazon where the ladies compared several different ones. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because the replacement pads are so expensive. I have 2,500 sq ft of tile to clean; we live in the country; have six dogs; the floors get dirty!! I go through a lot of pads when I clean. Don't waste your money on getting the Eureka pads. I found that Libman MicroFiber mop pads (white with blue stripe) fit perfectly. And they have elastic around them that also helps them stay on - you don't even really need to mess with the clips on the steamer. The Libman pads can be found just about anywhere. I get mine at Walmart for $ 6.99; instead of the $20+ they want for the other pads. Oh! I love my steamer. Easy to use. Works as advertised.
